You can shop safely on this site and this is why:-

1. We do not handle your credit or debit card and we do not store your card details. All card transactions are processed for us by either SagePay (http://www.sagepay.com) or PayPal (http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk). Both have secure systems that meet best practice standards for on-line card processing. After your card is authorised we receive a notification that payment has been made, we are not sent your card details nor can we access them.

2. We have enabled the following additional card security measures to enhance customer security while shopping on-line:

Known as 3D Secure this asks a cardholder the first time they use a card belonging to the scheme on a site operated by a participating retailer to provide a password or PIN. When the card is used in the future to purchase items the password or PIN must be entered to verify identity. If the card is stolen the thief will not be in posession of the password or PIN so the transaction cannot be completed. As the password or PIN is entered securely on a page provided by the bank or credit card company, the password or PIN cannot be stolen on line. This reduces the risk of Cardholder Not Present fraud for both customer and retailer.

3. All card transactions are screened for fraud and we will block and report for investigation transactions which are suspicious.

4. We do not share customer details with anybody else. We will not contact you except in connection with your order unless you have authorised us to do so.
